Terms of service

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Airlight, the studio and webinar service run by LUZAURA, LDA, Rua de Volta da Manhã, Prado Villas, 8125-406 Quarteira, Portugal, NIPC 518676161 ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The service

Airlight lets you record conversations in the browser, run webinars, and edit, publish and share what you make, under your own brand. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove something central to your plan without telling you first.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace and for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.

3. Free trial and plans

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. To keep creating after the trial, choose a plan: Studio at €39 a month or Studio and webinars at €79 a month, plus VAT where it applies. If you do not choose a plan, nothing is charged and nothing is deleted; new recordings and webinars pause until you do.

4. Billing and cancelling

Plans are paid monthly in advance by card. Moving to a bigger plan takes effect straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. You can cancel at any time in Settings; your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded for part of a month, except where the law requires it. If something goes wrong on our side, write to us and we will put it right.

5. Your content

Recordings, transcripts, edits, clips, registrations and everything else you put into Airlight remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can export your workspace at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to record the people in your recordings and to contact the people who register for your webinars. Airlight asks guests and presenters to accept a recording notice before they join, and records marketing consent at registration, to help you do this.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Airlight to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to record people without their knowledge, or to share content you do not have the rights to. We may suspend a workspace that puts others or the service at risk, and will tell you why.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running and your recordings safe, and recordings are designed to survive dropped connections. We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We do not offer a formal service level agreement. If there is a significant outage we will tell you what happened.

8. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total responsibility to a business customer in any twelve months is limited to what that customer paid us in those twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close your workspace at any time. If we ever need to end the service, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes go to the courts of the district of Faro, except that a consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the country where they live.

Consumers in Portugal can also use the electronic complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt and the consumer arbitration centre for the Algarve, CIMAAL, at consumoalgarve.pt.

11. Contact
